DAN cutlery, born from Japan's world-renowned hardware industry

Dan Cutlery is made in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, a city that supports Japan's metal industry.

After production, each pen is hand-polished by a craftsman in Niigata.

This process eliminates the cold, heavy feeling of stainless steel,

It changes into a material that feels warm, almost like wood.

It goes perfectly with wooden chopsticks.

Asymmetrical design

<Dinner knife>

The knife feels heavy and well- balanced in the hand , made of solid stainless steel . The curved right side and straight left side make it very easy to grip and use .

<Dinner fork>

To make it easier to insert ingredients, only the center part of the blade is slightly longer.

<Dinner spoon>

When eating, using a spoon accentuates the jawline. The angle has been carefully designed to allow you to enjoy your meal in a beautiful manner. The spoon's base is designed to be comfortable in the mouth.
