About payment methods

Our site supports the following payment methods.

credit card

Card payments can be made using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB brands.

Google Pay

If you are viewing using Google Chrome, you can pay using your Google Pay account.

On the payment screen, select Google Pay from Express Checkout.

Apple Pay

You can use Apple Pay to pay on the web in Safari on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

On the payment screen, select Apple Pay from Express Checkout.

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is a service that allows you to pay for products and services using the address information and credit card information registered in your Amazon.co.jp account.

On the payment screen, select Amazon Pay from Express Checkout.

You can also create an account with your Amazon account.

PayPal

You can pay using the credit card, debit card, or bank account (direct debit) registered in your PayPal account.

Convenience store payment

You can pay at a convenience store using the payment number issued at the time of ordering. In addition to being able to make payments anonymously, payments can be made 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at convenience stores throughout Japan.

We accept payments at the following convenience stores.

FamilyMart, Lawson, 7-Eleven, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki

Mobile carrier payment (Softbank/au/Docomo)

You can pay together with your mobile phone bill from 3 major mobile carriers.

After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the carrier payment screen.

Bank transfer

After completing your order, please transfer the total order amount to your designated bank account.

Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Pay later

  • No credit card required.
  • Shop with just your email address and mobile number.
  • Multiple purchases can be paid together by the 10th of the following month.

If you register for Payday Plus for free, you can use features such as three-time payment with no split fees* and monthly budget setting.

*Split fees are free only for account transfers and bank transfers.
**Registration procedure is required for 3-time deferred payment when using for the first time. Also, it can only be used if the amount spent at one time is 3,000 yen or more.

About delivery and shipping charges

Delivery company: Yamato Transport, Fukuyama Transport, Japan Post, Sagawa Express

Delivery time: 3-4 business days from order

Shipping fee: Nationwide uniform shipping fee ■■ Set shipping fee ■■ yen (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

Free shipping is available for customers who purchase products worth 5,500 yen or more in a single order.

  • Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa will be 1,000 yen.
  • In the case of remote islands, there may be a separate relay fee, so in that case we will contact you before shipping.
  • Please note that in some cases, the delivery company may be changed to an equivalent carrier without prior notice.

About cancellation

Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot accept returns or cancellations due to customer reasons.

Please note that we generally cannot accept cancellations of orders after they have been shipped.

For cancellations before shipping, please contact us using the inquiry form.

About return/exchange conditions

If the product is initially defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and we will replace it with a new product.

Please note that we will bear the return shipping costs due to initial defects or damage.

*The listed sizes are basically measured when laid flat, and there may be some errors.
 *Overseas products may have looser product standards than Japanese products, and may be more sloppy in sewing and construction.
*Depending on the monitor or display environment you are viewing, the color, texture, etc. of the actual product may differ from the actual product.
