When I first encountered this product, I was impressed by how easy it was to use.

I was so impressed that I have been using it for several years now.

As it is used in daily life for a long time, it has become a popular food ingredient in Japan.

I began to notice many issues with the processing.

In Japan, there are many raw ingredients used in cooking, and there is a wide variety of seasonings, condiments and ingredients.

The SO series started with this idea in mind.
